1 Year Limited Warranty:

Areei warrants to the original consumer that his/her Jewellery piece will be free from defects in materials that prevent the Jewellery from being used for its required purpose, for a period of one (1) year after the original purchase if purchased from an official Areei stocklist after 18th October 2023. The warranty does not cover plating or accidental damage caused by lack of care.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover theft, loss, gold/silver plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse.

 

Warranty & Legal Rights:

Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorised to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. However, to the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which are expressly disclaimed.

 

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Our objective is to furnish our website with information that is complete, precise, and current. However, it is acknowledged that achieving absolute error-free content, whether of human or technological origin, is unattainable. It is conceivable that the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, particularly in matters concerning pricing, availability, and product details.

We retain the prerogative to rectify any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after the submission of an order, and to amend or update information at our discretion, without prior notification.

While diligent efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of all prices featured on our website, oversights may arise. In the event of a discovered discrepancy in the price of a product that you have ordered, you will be offered the choice to either reaffirm your order at the precise price or to cancel it. If we are unable to establish contact within a span of five business days, the order will be considered annulled.

The portrayal of product images on our website is undertaken with the utmost endeavour for accuracy. However, it is pertinent to acknowledge that variations in colours may occur, and we cannot guarantee precise replication on all computer, phone, or tablet displays.
