In the event that your received purchase does not meet your complete satisfaction, or if there arises a discrepancy in your order, we will refund an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

We would like to draw your attention to the following important aspects regarding our jewellery purchase policy.

 

Tarnishing or discoloration resulting from chemical contact, exposure to perfumes, bleaching, heat, and normal wear and tear should be noted as inherent characteristics and not considered faults. For proper care instructions, kindly refer to our provided jewellery care guidelines.

 

Please be aware that any returned item may take up to 10 days for the refund process to be completed. In the event of a fault with your item, we kindly request you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

 

For any items designated as 'free' within a qualifying purchase, they must be returned alongside your order. Failure to do so may result in a prorated adjustment applied to the refund amount. Additionally, please be aware that free items are not eligible for exchanges. We kindly ask our customers to select the correct size for free items, as exchanges will not be facilitated for them.

 

Kindly take note due to hygiene and safety considerations, earrings cannot be accepted for returns.

Item Condition Verification:

Kindly ensure that the item slated for return remains unused and is in the identical condition as received. It is imperative that it is housed in its original packaging.

 

Initiate the Return Process:

 

1. Please repackage the item in a sealed bag, ensuring that all original packaging remains securely attached.

3. Return the package through a Post Office counter and obtain a verifiable proof of postage from the Post Office. Avoid posting the package through a post box without obtaining a certificate. It is imperative to note that you will bear the responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. As such, these costs are non-refundable. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service for added assurance. Please be aware that we do not guarantee receipt of returned items. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Ensure the safekeeping of your certificate of postage, as this will serve as your validation of return.

 

5. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund for the item(s), exclusive of any delivery charges, will be processed. The credited amount will be automatically applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You will receive an email notification confirming the credited amount.

*In the event of parcels being returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for any redelivery charges incurred.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

As a valued international customer, you are free to use any postal service for returns. It is your responsibility to pay for any connected shipping costs.

 

To avoid paying any duty fees, we advise labelling your package as "returned goods." Furthermore, kindly be informed that we do not offer refunds for international sales taxes and customs fees.

 

It is crucial to stress that the shipment is still in your control until it gets to our facility. We highly encourage getting proof of postage to protect against any possible loss in transit. Since we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that do not safely reach us, we strongly suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns.

 

For returns originating from locations outside of the United Kingdom, we respectfully request that you allocate a span of 5-10 days for the return shipment to reach our facility
